Two things nobody here can answer
- What your tenancy agreement permits. That is a legal question about a document only you have, and this site does not give legal advice. Read the agreement, and ask your landlord in writing.
- Whether it is safe to drill a particular wall in your home. Nobody can answer that from a photograph or a description, because the answer is inside the wall. If you do not know what is behind it, that is a job for a professional.
